Arizona Representative Gabrielle Giffords Shot in Tuscon

Ms. Giffords is apparently in surgery at this time and in grave condition.

Apparently, a federal judge John Roll(sp?) was also either killed or wounded (conflicting reports at this time) in the shooting.  10-19 (depending on the report) have also been shot.   Apparently one of the dead is a young child.

Now, I'm a paranoid person in general, but while Rep Giffords did vote for obamacare, she did not hold the party line.  She wasn't a fully loyal democrat.  She was an ardent supporter of border security, and gun rights. This means that if you are a left winger, her death gives you a significant number of wonderful things.

• You get rid of someone who wasn't totally loyal to the party line.
• You get to blame it on the "evil-teabaggers".
• You get an excuse to delay the repeal vote on obamacare until a replacement can be elected. (The constitution requires that representatives be replaced via special election).  This could take months. 
• You get a ready martyr for your cause. 

Now I'm not saying that the leftists did this, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did.  I can be sure that the "never let a good crisis go to waste party" will make all of these points, and do their best to pin it on the Tea Partiers, no matter  who actually did it.

Well, the media is pulling out all the stops to paint the shooter, Jared Loughner, as having been influenced by the Tea Parties.  They have quoted associates out of context and left out statements by those who knew him, saying that he was not a "right winger", but an extreme left winger.

Whether or not this was a false flag operation, the left is pulling out all the stops to see to it that they get to impose more controls.   Typical.  Any bets as to how long it takes to introduce more gun control legislation?  Moreover, I'm willing to bet the Obamunist administration will be doing what it can to impose back door gun control through the BATFE.
